Massage increases circulation and energy flow as well as reduces stress and relieves muscle tension. Our therapists will focus on your needs. They are capable of pressure ranging from light stress release, to knot releasing deep tissue. Communicate with your therapist and get the massage you want and need. We offer three Stress Relief Massages.
30 minute: $35 Our clients usually book a 30 min massage to work on necks, shoulders, and arms. In 30 minutes you can focus on specific areas of tension
45 minute: $50 Your choice, we can touch lightly on the whole body or work specific areas of concern for a longer period of time.
60 minute: $65 You may want to use your hour to work specific areas or the entire body -shoulders, arms, hands, legs, feet, back, neck, shoulders, and head. What every you choose to do - Just enjoy!
90 minute: $95 Pure muscle melting bliss.
Hot Rock Massage
Heated stones are strategically placed and used during your massage to relax muscles and soothe tissue. Unlike any massage you’ve ever had before. We’ll rock your world!
60 minutes: $85

A light touch procedure, is done using therapeutic grade essential oils to reduce inflammation, bring balance and physical, mental, and emotional harmony to the body. You will find Raindrop Therapy enjoyable, relaxing, and therapeutic.

Craniosacral Therapy:
This is a gentle touch technique that relaxes your body. It starts at your ankles and concludes at your head. Vital areas on your body are assessed and any tension that is found is then released with a gentle touch. You remain fully clothed for your session. Please wear comfortable clothes or bring them to change into before your session starts.

Our therapists have attended continuing education in the treatment of migraine and tension headaches. A 15min head massage is a great add on service to a body treatment or facial. Or book 30 minutes to help relieve your tension headaches. Chronic headaches are best treated with a series of 6 treatments done one week apart.
