Spa Policy

Demand for spa services is high, especially on weekends, nights and holidays. Please try to reserve spa time several weeks in advance.

Our scheduling is designed to permit you and your service provider the maximum time needed for your service. We provide robes, sandals, and lockers for personal items.

We request that you leave all jewelry at home. All service and retail prices are subject to change without notice. If there is a concern about a price please confirm prices with our desk staff when you make your reservations.

We require a credit card number or gift certificate number to hold your appointment.  We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are a no call/no show we will charge your credit card or gift certificate for the amount of the missed service. If you are running late, or can’t keep an appointment, a phone call is greatly appreciated.
